ANNOUNCEMENT – WOMEN’S PREMIER COACH APPOINTMENT – ROB ELLIOTT

The club is delighted to announce the appointment of Rob Elliott to the role of Women’s Premier Coach for season 2019-20. Rob is a Level 3 Coach with a wealth of experience & a strong connection to women’s cricket. Rob’s experience beyond his playing days includes a stint as a Cricket Victoria, Regional Cricket Manager & multiple coaching roles. Rob’s experience in women’s cricket includes the Female Pathway, an assistant coaching role with the Vic Women’s 2nd XI, Head Coach of the Vic U17 Girls & coaching of an array of state & nationally contracted players. He has also been an assistant coach with St Kilda CC in Men’s Premier Cricket, Head Coach of the Northern Territory U17 Boys & held various school coaching roles including time at both Xavier College & Camberwell Grammar. Rob is married to Sarah Elliott former Australian, VicSpirit, Melbourne Renegades & Dandenong player & has a young family (Sam 6, Jacob 4, and Jocelyn almost 2). Welcome to Box Hill Rob! Details of a ‘Meet the Coach’ evening with Rob will be communicated in the near future.

There will also be announcements about other roles in the coming weeks, including an appointment for the Women’s Coaching role which will focus on the development and preparation of players outside of the Premier Squad.
